For the thrown biscuit, a timely cutting-off is necessary in the intial period of drying in order to prevent it from having checked bottom. Thin metal wire or thin thread is applied when cutting off the base and it is easier to cut it by force if strips of cloth are wound on to the two ends of the wire. Hold the wire down onto the throwing board and draw it horizontally under the base of the thrown biscuit. It is necessary to repeat the above-mentioned process one time each hour till the biscuit is dry enough for us to cut the base loose and left it up from the biscuit throwing board
