"Dunzi" is a folk name in the local porcelain industry of Jingdezhen. Looking like a brick, it is a basic measure for formulation of clay and glazes. The weight of Dunzi are on the whole the same, about 2 kilograms each, which is convenient for formulation of raw materials in proportions later.
